TUNA TARTAR

MATERIALS - Serving for 1
  • Tuna fillet: 120 gr
  • Minced onion: 30 gr
  • Finely chopped pickle cucumber: 30gr
  • Dill minced: 10 gr
  • Ketchup: 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: ½ tsp
  • Lime juices 
HOW TO MAKE
Tuna fillet cut in small dice; mix with the rest ingredients above. Scoop into the mould and served with mix lettuce and toast.
