Tuna fillet: 150 gr

Capsicum cut in cubes: 50 gr

Onion cut in cubes: 30 gr

Oyster sauce: 1tblsp

Sesame oil: ½ tsp

Soya sauce: ½ tblsp

Stock: 3 tblsp

Chicken powder: 1tsp

Sugar: ½ tsp

Broken pepper: ¼ tsp

Minced garlic: 1 tsp

Cooking oil: 1 tblsp
HOW TO MAKE
Stir fry garlic with broken pepper then add stock, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soya sauce, sugar, chicken powder.
Tuna fillet cut in 2cm cubes, marinated with oyster sauce.
Deep fry tuna quickly in hot oil. Make the sizzling pan hot; then add capsicum ,onion and a bit cooking oil ; next put fish, sauce. Add egg at last. Served with bread or rice.
